Renting an apartment is wasting money
Why would u rent when u could buy it?

Or made to shorted listed apartments in District 05, 22 and 23 which is near Ngee Ann Poly.

Why is properties price rising when I am looking at them and drop when I didn’t
Blue Horizon at west coast crescent was at 700k only and now has risen to 790k.
Fuck the sellers. Hillview regency and heights also have risen.

My parents should have brought Melville or Harbour Gates ten years ago and not hesitate over it. Indecisive slowpoke in the end only got this piece or crap big house.
What is the use of have such a big house? Need to do so much household chores.
Tampines HDB is also crap could only sell at most 350k while a house half the size in clement could be sold for a freaking 500K. This boils down to them again.
